SMS Terms of Use

Welcome to Renew By Design!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SMS communications with Renew by Design.

By opting in to SMS communications, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

Renew by Design uses SMS to coordinate 1-on-1 scheduling for discovery calls and group workshops as requested by the client.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and scheduling needs.

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@renewbydesign.ca.

5. Interruption

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Costs

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
